We all know when we are on our Lighted Path. We feel good, we feel energized and we can’t wait for more of Life to come to us! Sometimes we find ourselves off our path and this is due to our beliefs and the circumstances that we get caught up in.
We have been taught many beliefs and in every single case the person that taught us those beliefs did so to make THEM feel good! Some of these beliefs do not serve us well. But how do we trump our false beliefs?
We are also surrounded by circumstances that we sometimes feel we are stuck in or are unable to control and how do we overcome these? A quick and easy way to overcome any false beliefs and circumstances and put yourself on your Lighted Path is to simply ask these general questions:
Would I rather feel imprisoned or free?
Would I rather feel hate or love?
Would I rather feel sad or happy?
I would rather feel free, love and happy!
Would I rather feel negative or positive emotion?
Would I rather feel disengaged or engaged?
Would I rather feel uncomfortable or comfortable?
I would rather feel positive emotion, engaged and comfortable!
Would I rather feel stressed or relaxed?
Would I rather feel confused or have clarity?
Would I rather feel dis-empowered or empowered?
I would rather feel relaxed, have clarity and be empowered!
As you think about how you want to feel you shall start to create in your Life the things you want and this includes being free, happy, in love, positive emotion, engaged, comfortable, relaxed, clear and empowered.
By thinking about these things you shall soon find yourself on your Lighted Path and you will start having more fun, playing more and enjoying more of the good Life that you always intended to have! Enjoy your happy path my friend!
We have all been trained to control our surroundings and conditions. We have even been trained to care about how other people think about us. Others gave us these beliefs to create conditions that they can live with, not what feels good for you to live with!
As we honor the ‘god of other people’s opinion’ and attempt to control all of our conditions we end up in an endless trap and smack dab in the struggle of Life. The more conditions you feel necessary to control, the more you have to control. Today let us lose control and get out of the struggle of Life and into the happy Life we have expected to have by doing these simple steps.
Focus on feeling good and we don’t need to control anything or anyone to feel good! As we care more about thinking thoughts that feel good to us, we recapture our power and align with the thoughts that God has about us and this wonderful Life.
No longer do we need to lose our place by thinking we have to control anything other than our good thoughts and feelings. May we stand tall and care enough to reach for thoughts that feel good and then trust in God that we shall be guided, supported and loved to all the things we desire!
Today, I am going to be easy on myself. I no longer need to prove myself as worthy and I am exactly at the place that I should be. Things are getting better and I am hopeful for a good day. I rendezvous with the best I am and align myself with my Source. (Breathe deeply…)
As I gently move through this day I smile and know that as I think about having it, I shall receive it! So I think about being soft and easy with myself and I feel relief as I do. I think about the good life and know that more of it is headed my way. I know that under any and all conditions I will be fine and have a good experience.
Today, I acknowledge my worthiness and goodness and look for evidence of it as I flow with my Life. I relax, allow and bask into myself, so thankful for what I have and so excited about all the good that is to come. I feel good about myself as I stand in a state of well being, wrapped in a blanket of love as I am easy on myself.
